Smooth Operator is sold with a 14-day unconditional refund window. If the manual didn't work for you, reply to your purchase confirmation email or send a note to collective@pleasuremode.xyz with your order number and we'll process the refund within two business days. No explanation needed, no questions asked.
Past the 14-day window, we still honor refunds when the book genuinely didn't deliver — same process, same response time. We don't enforce the deadline rigidly. The work either lands for you or it doesn't, and you shouldn't be stuck with a $19 charge for a book that didn't.
We process refunds to the original payment method. Stripe takes 5–10 business days to return funds; Gumroad is similar. The book file remains in your possession after refund — we don't claw it back. If you find later that the work does land for you, you're welcome to repurchase, but there's no obligation.
