Smooth Operator is sold with a 14-day unconditional refund window. If the manual didn't work for you, reply to your purchase confirmation email or send a note to collective@pleasuremode.xyz with your order number and we'll process the refund within two business days. No explanation needed, no questions asked.
Past the 14-day window, we still honor refunds when the book genuinely didn't deliver , same process, same response time. We don't enforce the deadline rigidly. The work either lands for you or it doesn't, and you shouldn't be stuck with a $19 charge for a book that didn't.
We process refunds to the original payment method. Stripe takes 5–10 business days to return funds; Gumroad is similar. The book file remains in your possession after refund, we don't claw it back. If you find later that the work does land for you, you're welcome to repurchase, but there's no obligation.
